I'll try and make this short.
What is basically happening is when I am speaking with customers with my Logitech 430 Headset, they can barely hear me. This wasn't an issue until I was forced to upgrade ( more like downgrade unfortunately =/ ) to the new "RingCentral for Windows". The legacy soft phone was awesome, and disappointed that they forced users to discontinue it. Why fix what isn't broken?
Anyway, back to the problem. The legacy softphone software had a output volume bar slider that let you adjust your Mic volume in the options. This new App does not. So I am basically forced to use my cell phone when I am at a remote location from my company.
Can we please have this feature added? My Windows Mic Device is already maxed. This happens on all mics so far that I've tried, and Windows 7, 8.1, and Windows 10.
Again, the only issue here is that the outbound volume has no bar to increase the output sound of the mic.
Thanks,
-Chris
