how do I check messages?

Voicemail's can be checked from:
  1. your PIN code on the hardphone (the PIN code was setup when your extension was activated)
  2. Mobile App: They can be checked on the cell phone app 
  3. Desktop App: They can be checked by the desktop app (Softphone on your PC) 
  4. Email: they can be setup to be emailed to you
  5. Online: you can login online and check them




SMS Text Messages can be checked via the cell phone app or the desktop app.
