RingCentral Meetings: Anyone else experiencing issues with calling in to RC meetings?

RingCentral Meetings:  Callers dial into the meeting on the phone and are not connected to the meeting.
     Support give the usual (very unhelpful) we will look into it in the next 24-48 hours!

Hi, Following your chase I finally got a call from UK support, apparently it's a know issue that will be fixed at some point.

HI Dan,  Can you add some notes/call samples to your case please?   Case# 04628045 

Please provide the following if possible:


  • Time & Date of calls that had issues.
  • Number the attendees were dialing in from and their carrier
  • Number attendee dialed to access the meeting
  • Participant Meeting ID #

We've experienced the same issue. When a meeting is created, the default number that is assigned to the meeting does not work when clients call from Canada.

Over a week and this still not working, no announcement on the RC forum, or for customers. We are just left to find out that internet and phone attendees can't hear each other. 

Do you guys care at all?

Hello Dan,   I see this has been escalated to our Tier 3 and still being worked on. I'll get someone to update you on the status.

Thanks Mike, It's been with Tier3 since last Thursday, 11 days and counting. I received another call from Tier3 just now. As ever ever nice people, polite and friendly, but we still don't have a working conference system!

Based on the last couple of calls this is not working. It did take two weeks to fix!
