Mobile App: one click for Android app on Conference Calling

When sending out conference call meeting requests, it seems that there's a One-click dial for Iphone users that will dial the number and the conference code.  Is there this feature coming for droid phones ?  Owner of company was driving and unable to do connect to conference because he couldn't toggle between the meeting request and the RingCentral App to enter the code.

H Jennifer,

Can you find out what version of the Mobile App they are using, or see if they can update to version 8.1.2 ?  This was originally released for iOS first but is now available for the Android version too.

They should get a "Tap to join" button in the text invitation like shown below and it will automatically enter the code so you don't have to do it manually.

what if  a user want to call in from their cell phone, not the app, from a meeting request:

You are invited to a RingCentral meeting now.
Join from PC, Mac, iOS or Android: https://meetings.ringcentral.com/j/14xxxxxx

Or iPhone one-tap:
    1(605)xxx-xxxx,,14xxxxxxx#,,1

The easiest way would be to turn off the VoIP Calling switch.  Then go back to the text message invite and press the link.  It will launch the phones native dialer instead of calling from the mobile app.  You will have to manually enter the conference code.

Hi Jennifer

We just released a new feature called " Join Now"  in our 8.2 version, if you have the meeting invite in your Android Calendar, you can now join the meeting simply with one tap.
