RingCentral Meetings: "Start with Video" opens two windows

I am a RingCentral, USA Executive User, when I press "Start with Video" two windows open both with my video.  I am new to this so is this normal behavior or perhaps a setting I can change.
I am using Logitech HD with latest Logitech Software installed.

How are you opening the Video Conference? Through the Desktop App? Through RC Meetings Directly? or through Outlook?
