question

I am a US user of Ring Central and Ring Central Meetings (no case #) who has already spoken to tech support but they claim they lack this capability, so I thought I would ask the Community for thoughts?.. I have recently built a mobile app for my business (financial planner) and this first phase (1.0) is mostly a static page with a few useful links for clients. We hope to add dynamic content and functionality in later releases. One of the links I envisioned for this release was the ability for any client to click on a link for Ring Central Meetings and access a meeting with me (like they do when I email them the URL normally.) I'm not hugely tech-savvy and tech support said my goal is NOT POSSIBLE because RC Meetings is APP-based, not WEB-based, which I understand. I understand there are security issues with having a meeting space that anyone can enter at any time (especially in my business). And perhaps it was naive of me to think that any client at any time could simply click on a permanent meeting space URL (one that was NOT generated and emailed to them from the new meeting...) and be able to join that meeting. Tech support claims that while I do have my own "Personal Meeting ID," the URL used for meetings is always changing and could not be "hard-wired" anywhere to be used by anyone. Given what I am trying to accomplish- create a way for a client to bypass a specific email but simply click on (something) from their smart phone that could allow them to automatically enter a meeting- does anyone have ideas on how to accomplish the same thing, or something similarly efficient?
