Adding 3rd Party unsupported device - Avaya B179 Configuring?

Is there any way to configure Avaya B179 Sip phone for Ringcentral extension   ?

Randhir,

That phone is not supported with RingCentral.  You can, however, try to provision it as an "other" phone.  If it successfully provisions, the phone still may not get all of the RingCentral functions.  The link below will show you how to add an "other" device to your account.  As long as the phone lets you enter the phone registration information so it can contact our sip servers, this should not be an issue. However, as it is an unsupported device we cannot guarantee that it will register correctly with the system. You will then login to the IP Address of the device and input the provisioning information that the system provides.
