Display background

The very light grey text on the white background of the screens is difficult to read. Is there some way to change the font of the text to enlarge it, darken it or otherwise increase the contrast so it is easier to read. A perfect example is on the login screen where the box around the password field cannot e seen without clicking around until you accidentally find it.

Are you referring to the RingCentral Desktop app, or the web page when you log into your account?

I believe I am on the website, since that's the only way I have ever used RingCentral. I don't know where to find the Desktop app or use it. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I created a post several months ago about this as well, though for the Desktop App.

https://community.ringcentral.com/ringcentral/topics/desktop-app-color-scheme-issues

The light grey text on a white background makes it difficult notice & read what's displayed.  For the Caller ID on incoming calls, there are times where the name of caller is "Wireless Caller" or something similar, and the actual number is in very light grey text below that.  And below that light grey text is the number they called in dark grey or black text.  I'd rather be able to clearly see the incoming phone number rather than the number they called; when my phone is ringing, it's either because the caller dialed our main office number, or they called my direct number.

It would be great to see this color scheme get revamped in the next update.
