Sure... You can increase the number of rings before the call goes to voicemail.  You'll see step-by-step instructions here:  Call Handling and Forwarding

Mike, is this for the Desktop App for Windows?  I don't see an option for the Windows desktop app to set the Ringer.  Only if you have a physical phone or add a phone number.

Yes.  You have to log into your account through the web portal here:  https://service.ringcentral.com/

I'm not seeing that for the Desktop App for Windows.  Only the option to wait before forwarding.  No option for the RingCentral for Windows app.

You are in the right place.  Try increasing the seconds to about "20" to start.  Since you don't have any forwarding set up, then the calls go to voicemail. 20 seconds should give you about 4-5 rings.

So where it says Wait 0 seconds before forwarding begins is actually how many rings it will give?  I thought it was just only used when you had another number you wanted it to forward to.  But since I don't have another number I thought it was irrelevant.

I've had it set to 0 for a long time now.  It rings 3 times before going to Voicemail on it's own with the setting set to 0.
