Deleting my name from four of the six displays on my Polycom VVX310

I am in the U.S. and want to know how to delete my name from 4 of the 6 displays on my Polycom WX310 phone.

You cannot delete your name from the first 2 instance displays on your phone, the first pertains to the actual handset and the 2nd copy pertains to your user desktop.   Beyond this,  RC will have to advise you how to proceed...

You can add other people in the four available spots, go in under the user tab and click on the Phones 7 Numbers, then go to the Presence drop down. you can add users to your phone screen from there.

Are you still having this issue?  I took a look at your account online and it looks like you are only in the #1 and #2 spots which, as Cecile said, is normal.
