Glip: Disable Mac dock icon bounce for Glip app

Is it possible to disable the Mac dock icon bounce when a new message is posted? I don't see this option anywhere within Notification preferences. When I Mute all Notifications for a conversation, I would also like to prevent the dock icon from bouncing. A bouncing dock icon is very distracting.

It is possible, though in an odd fashion. Under Settings>Messaging, if you turn off When receiving a message, it will stop the bounce.

That's for RingCentral. I'm trying to disable dock icon bounce when messages are posted to Glip.

Ah.. thanks for the clarification. I just edited the title "glip app" and we'll take another look at this and get back to you.

John,

The dock bounce behavior is a feature governed by the OS X operating system.

There is a way to disable this behavior on your Mac, using Terminal to change the Dock preferences. Bear in mind that this is a global change, and would disable any and all applications from bouncing in the Dock as well.
