How to disconnect a call when not answered in a specific time

U.S. based
I need to be able to disconnect a call when it is not answered in a specific time, let's say 1 minute instead of going to voicemail.

Looking at the User in Ring Central, go to Call Handling and Forwarding.  Under the Phone heading, it should say "Ring For".  Set that for 60 seconds.  Click Save.

Then under Messages and Notifications, where it says "Take Messages", select "No".  Click Save.

This should disconnect a call after it rings for 60 seconds.

Hi  Ms Carol S

Let us know if this is what you are looking for.  If you select the Call Queue, and go to the Call Handling settings for the Queue, (scroll down), you'll see the settings below.  You can set the Maximum Hold time to wait and choose between sending them to voicemail, or disconnecting the call.  If you choose the latter, you can use the default message or upload your own recording.
