I believe you should be able to do this at your site level Firewall  depending on which transport ports used by the services or with explicit rules?

You can also block calls company wide in your RingCentral system. If you haven't changed your System Administrator extension (x101 by default) any number you block there will be blocked system wide. If you have changed it to a different extension, simply block the number there.

Make sure you click on the Calls and Faxes check boxes as well as the Block Calls from Pay Phones box.

Block calls with no Caller ID:

Faxes

Calls from Pay Phones:

We also use the Block Calls feature as described above, but it cumbersome to use logs or anecdotal reports from Users to have an Admin locate every bad caller and manually block via the RC Web Portal

Cecile,

I can see that in your organization with as many users and locations as you have. Obviously an individual user can block a number in a mere second for their extension/DDL but that may not help the entire organization. If Jimmy's organization is smaller, then it might be a lot easier. Regardless, each user can block their own calls, if they are receiving a bunch of them.
