RingCentral Meeting port work arounds for potential clients

We are currently facing challenges when attempting to host meetings for our POTENTIAL clients, which many of these are health care companies. The potential client can click on the meeting invite, install the plug in, but cannot be connected. Eventually this will time out. Additional data point - other meeting software such as About.Me, GoToMeeting, Google Hangouts and ZOOM work with no time out issues. Upon research of this, RingCentral uses different ports for communicating than the other common meeting software. I have contacted customer support for some help but to no avail. I have attempted to contact the product managers but to no avail. The answer is that the potential customer has to open the ports which RingCentral is using for success. Has anyone found a work around for the port issue which I can use. I do like the software, I do like the PBX system and do not want to move our organization away from RingCentral but may not have a choice as many of our customers are healthcare companies and typically have the common ports open and a challenge to open up non common ports. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

What uncommon ports have you discovered as being required?

Eldon,  I understand a Tier 3 engineer is working on this with you.

David,  This page shows all the required network settings: Network Requirements

Our product team is aware that the system requirements may affect some users and are working toward a solution.  I'll updated this thread when I have more information available.
