Operator is Virtual Assistant

I am setting up a virtual assistant. The caller will still get to the main menu and can dial an extension. If the caller dials 0 for operator or stays on the line, I want to forward the call to someone outside the organization at a 202 number.  How do I do this?  Do I have to set up another user for this?  Thank you.

Hello Nikita,

What you would do is create a new extension. Within that extension, you will create an Advanced Rule under Call Handling & Forwarding. I would suggest selecting the Date and/or Time and the Called Number options but it depends upon your needs. Once you set the parameters the last section will look like this:


That is where you will put in the outside number to forward calls to.
