We recently upgraded to 8.3.6.24042 of the MAC desktop app.
We are long time users of the Plantronics 7xx DECT headset. Since we upgraded the headset does not work properly. You have to put the headset back on the rest before you can make another call. We have tried the following
1) Replaced Plantronics headset
2) Replaced the headset and DECT base dock.
3) Used a different MAC with a downgraded version of Ring Central with the same headset and it works.
There is a bug that needs to be fixed in the Ring Central MAC desktop code.
In the mean time I need to know how to downgrade the app on the original MAC that our receptions uses. The bug is causing a lot of frustration.
