How do I Reset My Password?



Resetting a User Password can be done either by the Admin on the account or by the User


Note: if a User completely locks themselves out of the account, the Admin will have to call our Support Line in order to get it unlocked

Note: Regarding Resetting a Users Security Question - Support cannot reset a Users Security Question if they do not know it. That is what they use in order to verify you as a User on the account. If a User needs to have their Security Question updated, they will need to contact an Admin on the account

Resetting a password as the Admin on the account:

1) In the Admin Portal, go to the Users Tab and select the User who needs their Password updated


2) Once youve selected your User, click on  User Details -> General, which is where you will select the Change Password button towards the bottom of the screen



3) From here you will enter your Current Admin Password, then create the Users new Password, and then hit saveNote: you do not have to fill out the Pin or Security Question fields if you do not wish to



4) You will then be brought back to the User Details Screen where you will hit Save again

Resetting a password as a User on the account (if you have not been locked out):

1) Log into your Extension on Service Web

2) Click on the Settings Tab, click on User Details, then select the Change Password button towards the bottom


3) You will enter your Current Password and then update the New and Confirm Password fields



4) You will then be brought back to the User Details Screen where you will hit Save again

Resetting User Password from Login Screen:

1) Click on the Forgot Password? below the Sign In button

2) You will then be prompted to enter your Direct Number and the Security Code



3) Next you will enter the answer to your Security Question this is the question that you chose when you first setup your account. If the Admin on the account set up your extension, ask them for the Security Answer.  Note:Support cannot reset your Security Question if you do not know it. That is what they use in order to verify you as a User on the account

4) After you have entered your Security Answer, an email confirmation will be sent to the email that is attached to your extension. In that email there will be instructions, you will follow the link and reset your password
