Depending on the application you are trying to
Print to Fax from, you will get a screen similar to the image below. In your printer list, you should see "RingCentral Internet Fax" as one of the printer options. If you do not see this, you can manually install the printer by following the steps below.

Step 1:Access Control Panel and select View devices and printers.
(The following instructions are for Windows Vista and Windows 7. Exact steps may vary slightly on Windows 8)
NOTE: For Windows 7, a slight difference will be noticed such as no option for "Adjust commonly used mobility settings"
Step 2:Click Add Printer.
Step 3: Add Printer window will open and select the radio button for Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings.
For Windows 7:
Select on " Add a local printer"
Step 4:Select Use an existing port and select NUL (Local Port).
Step 5:Click Next.
Step 6: Install the printer driver window will open and click on Have Disk.
Step 7:From Install From Disk window click Browse button and click on Computer and select Local Disk (C:).
Step 8:On Local Disk (C:), click on Program Files (x86).
Step 9:Select the RingCentral folder.
Step 10:Click on RingCentral Internet Fax.
Step 11:Select the prndrv folder.
Step 12:Select the RCPrnDrvSFD file then click Open.
Step 13:You will return to the Install From Disk window and hit the OK button.
Step 14:
You'll see now the RingCentral Internet Fax under the available Printers and just click Next to continue.
Step 15:You'll be ask to enter the Printer Name and then hit Next button again.
Step 16:Under Printer Sharing you'll have an option if you want to share the printer within the network. Just select which do you prefer and hit Next button.
Step 17:
You'll see now the confirmation that the RingCentral Internet Fax printer was successfully installed just hit Finish button to complete the process.
Step 18:
You'll see now the RingCentral Internet Fax under your Device and Printers.

Step 17:
You'll see now the confirmation that the RingCentral Internet Fax printer was successfully installed just hit Finish button to complete the process.
Step 18:
You'll see now the RingCentral Internet Fax under your Device and Printers.
IMPORTANT: Right click on RingCentral Internet Fax and set it as Default Printer
You have now installed the RingCentral Internet Fax on your computer.
