Ringcentral call recording with c#

I want call recording from sandbox environment but not able to add any recording. Is it possible that call to be recorded and access the recording at later point of time? Can the call recording be streamed ? Can it be done with c#?

For streaming playback of the resources, developers are streaming audio playback obtained from an HTTP request, check the following:

With the above link, steps are given and you can some test recordings in your Sandbox Account
