Recommended Action for existing Community members: Email Address Update

In an effort to help us improve the customer experience we would like to recommend that all Community members update the primary email address in your Community profile. Unless you specifically want your Community profile email address to differ for personal reasons, we recommend that each RingCentral User/Community Member use the same email address that is associate with the Digital Line in your RingCentral account. 

This practice will help us improve our response/resolution time by allowing us to more quickly access your account information when researching an issue that is account, or phone number specific.
