The Legacy Softphone is officially retired. Going forward all users will need to download the latest version,
RingCentral Desktop.
After uninstalling the Legacy version, you will need to log into the RingCentral Web Portal to download the latest version.
Hint: If you are an Admin, you'll need to click the "My Extension" option under the orange box.
Next, click Tools and choose Desktop Apps, from the drop-down menu.
Click the relevant option for Mac or PC and follow the normal on-screen instructions to install.
