Many times you may want to provide access for a developer to build apps and integrations with the RingCentral Sandbox account. How do you grant them access?

- Regarding allow developers to access the Dev Portal (https://developer.ringcentral.com), multiple people with production RC accounts can log into the Dev Portal to create apps and accounts.
- Another option is for the RC Admin to create the app and sandbox in Dev Portal and just provide the app / sandbox credentials to the developer.
