Our next release of new features and upgrades will be available for you and your workforce by mid-March. Heres a quick preview:        

Multi-site support        
We're enhancing multi-site support, which unifies multi-office location administration. Administrators will be able to:

• Localize site management with customizable administrative permissions.
• Track and attribute individual site performance.
• Provision independent account configurations to your individual sites.
• Assign site codes so users have a formula to call within or between locations.

RingCentral Meetings updates        

• RingCentral Meetings resource center: Find out how to host online meetings and share content seamlessly using conferencing tools included in your RingCentral Office account. Our new resource center enables admins with how-to videos, product tips, and admin templates to get your organization connecting, sharing, and collaborating. Explore the RingCentral Meetings resource center. Currently available for RingCentral Office customers. 
• End-to-end meeting encryption: To better protect and secure your data and communications, administrators will be able to encrypt data transmitted in meetings between Mac, Windows, iOS and Andriod devices on an account or individual level. Learn how to enable meeting encryption. Currently available for RingCentral Office customers.     
• Hassle-free video-ready conference rooms: RingCentral Rooms in a Box is an out-of-the-box solution to transform any meetings space to a one-touch, video-enriched conference room. With fixed-price, all-inclusive packages, Rooms in a Box provides you with a professional service to fulfill hardware selection and delivery, on-site implementation, and training. Currently available for RingCentral Office customers. Additional updates        

• Desktop and mobile application name change: Were updating the name of our RingCentral for Desktop and Mobile applications to RingCentral Phone. You don't need to make any changes. RingCentral Phone will continue to have the same functionality youve come to know and expect.
• Forwarding number management: In addition to logging in online, users will also have the ability to manage their forwarding numbers within RingCentral Phone. Available for RingCentral Office customers in early March.
