We are investigating reports of customers experiencing intermittent inbound call failures to toll free numbers. If you are experiencing this issue, please open a case and include the following:

The issue causing intermittent inbound call failures to RingCentral toll-free numbers has been resolved as of 9:15 PM PDT on 03-16-2018. All services are functioning normally at this time.
