If you haven't already noticed ;) there's now a new public System Status Site available! So if you suspect that there's an outage or if you're experiencing any downtime, this fantastic tool allows users to quickly and easily verify if it's RingCentral related. The public Status Site provides a nice overview with real-time information regarding your service.
Now, if you need to see how your account is being affected, simply sign in via the Support Site and you will be able to see a full breakdown of everything as it applies strictly to you :) We're adding more functionality to the Status Site so keep an eye out for changes to come!
