Call Recordings: Add the ability to listen on mobile app

Please add a feature that will allow RingCentral customers to listen to all recorded calls on their account.  Currently, we can only listen to calls on a PC/Mac computer but are unable to listen to any recorded calls (except for voicemails) within the app. Even if I tried logging in to my RingCentral account through my mobile phone or tablet browser, it still will NOT allow me to listen to recorded calls. This is very inconvenient. However, other business associates of mine who are using Phone.com, are able to listen to all of their recorded calls through their online login by computer or mobile phone/tablet browser!  This feature is very important for the business owner who travels a lot as I do.  PLEASE ADD IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!

Can you clarify what app (version) are you running and what device and OS version?

If you are using an Android, try plugging in a set of headphones or ear buds. Depending on what version of Android and RC mobile app, this may or may not work.

Hi Mike!  Thanks for checking in. My RingCentral app is version 7.2.1.1.78 which is running on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and OS version is Android 5.0.1.  My mobile browser is Chrome version 43.0.2357.93.

Now, you mentioned that we try headphones... headphones for what? The option to hear recorded calls (we're not talking about voicemails here... we're talking about about phone call conversations) is not even an option on the RingCentral App.  Now, if you're referring to accessing a mobile browser through a mobile phone or tablet, there again is also NO option to listen to recorded calls within the full site of Ringcentral. Recorded calls are only audible on the full site of browsers on a PC/MAC computer only.  NOT mobile browser. NOT app. Business owners need AT LEAST one of these options.  Help us out, bud!

Thanks for clarifying.  At this time you can not listen to recorded calls from the mobile app.  Sorry for the confusion above.  I was thinking of voice-mails and there are some variables involved depending on which device and software version you have.  I do agree it would be nice to access call recordings from the mobile app though.  Unfortunately the only way is through the online account.
