User Settings: allow settings/voicemail options to support different languages like French

We would like to have an option for our users to setup their own extension to different language like French. eg: Welcome , please enter your pin and then press pound etc. are in French. When they tried to access the voicemail from their phone. They did not really understand English so i am wondering is there option to set up French. The user info do have options for different Time Zone and Country as well as Language but still giving English(Canada) as an option.

In the Desktop App version 8.1.1, the user can select French under Region.  Changing this setting will allow their voicemail options to play in French.
