Text-to-Greeting/Speech allows you to create custom audio messages voiced by which you enter the text to be read and save the your account for you auto professional greeting. Another option to have a professional voice as a greeting.

I would also like to have this feature since previously I have this option from my account which after I called today It is no longer available and showed me using the record user name which I need my entire voicemail script be converted into voice and automatically upload in the account.

3: for users to go to messages and notification>voicemail greeting and type in what they want it to say, instead of having to record it.
4: Scenario: customer wants a specific message to play, but doesn't want to record it with their own voice.
5: Benefit: issues with recording a voicemail over the phone can be avoided as they will literally just be typing it in and saving it.
