Call Queue: Notify caller with number of minutes before call is answered.

This will be useful specially if there are a lot of calls coming in and all calls are waiting in the call queue. It would be helpful to know how long the wait time is and what is their sequence in the call queue.

These are features available in Ring Central Contact center.  An add on product for busy call centers.

Scales nicely for the smaller environments also.

It will get you all of that and more.
