please consider integration with redtail crm...even if it's at the most basic level.

Has anyone who is interested in having this integration tried contacting RedTail CRM, and asking them to build an integration with RingCentral?

I see that they have an API ( http://help.redtailtechnology.com/hc/en-us/sections/200708380-CRM-REST-API-) which is good. We have many different CRM providers who are integrating with RingCentral and creating public applications for our mutual customer's benefit.

Has any progress been made with this? I have personally spoken with RedTail regarding the integration and they have nothing on their roadmap.

My firm is a RedTail and a new Ring Central User. I contacted RedTail and Ring Central this week because of the Embeddable Voice enhancement that is coming out.On the monthly feature rollout webinar call she said it has open coding that you can use to link your CRM to RedTail. Of course it would be optimal if RedTail would create this integration for us. Does anyone or you know of a programmer that would be able to set this up for us? Please contact me if you or other users want to discuss creating this integration. Also as many of as possible should call RedTail to make this request.

Lori, that is very interesting. I wasn't aware of the new embeddable voice enhancement. I'll talk to redtail and see if we can get any traction.

We now have a community supported integration with Redtail CRM configured as a Chrome extension which is available here:

https://www.ringcentral.com/apps/redtail-crm

This was built as an example using our Embeddable widget SDK, but is usable as an app. Since this is a community integration you will need to load it in to Google Chrome as an unpacked extension using the instructions on the link above.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
