U.S. support is provided only if you meet requirements of having a certain number of users/extensions.  If you do not, the support comes from a call center which is not located in the U.S. This was my experience anyway when our company started using RC a little over 2 years ago. Extremely frustrating to say the least because I had technical questions and was trying to communicate with support who had difficulty communicating the English language.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled US Based customer support?. Is there a way to reach customer service representatives that are based in the United States? This language barrier issue and lack of customer service from outsourced countries that i'm receiving is unacceptable.

Update:  We now offer 24/7 U.S. Support (including holidays) for 20+ customers only.

CAn always reach out to a ringcentral partner who will be able to get U.S. based support and could in turn help you take care of the issues you may have. This may take more off of your plate as far as dealing technical issues and programming.

It's now two years later.  Has anything changed?  Nope!  I am stuck with a 2  year contract that I will terminate as soon as the time is up because I can't get a human inside the United States that speaks english as a first language.  I will also tell everyone that I can to avoid Ring Central at all cost!!   I have had it!!

It all depends on what you've tried already. If you have called these numbers and were on hold forever, I don't have an answer for you. If you can't find any support numbers, please follow the link below:

Laura- The link that J.B provided is the best place to find the phone number's for RingCentral's Support teams. It also provides you with the option to chat with a representative or create a case online that will be assigned to a support representative. :)
