Send pre-recorded messages

I am in sales and marketing.

There is a good part of my day where I have to call on folks I've never done business with before. If I get their voice-mail I leave a message. Then in two days I try again. Then I will try one last time and then not call them again.

It would be a tremendous time saver if, when I get their voice-mail, I could say "Hi Tom" (and then click a button that plays a prerecorded message and hang up) the message would play out and then disconnect.

Like everyone in my position I get to a lot of voice-mails. Imagine if I had to make 30 such calls per day how fast I could move through them. Also imagine how much better it would be to leave that 'perfect message' each time even if I am having an 'off day'.

With a little menu of recordings to choose from this would be a very real time saver and increase production significantly.

I am not in any way suggesting a calling computer. Just a way for me more easily complete the most tedious part of my day.

We would like the ability to leave a pre-recorded voice message when you call out and you reach someone's voice mail. Rather than having to wait and record each time, it would be great to have a few pre-recorded messages that you could choose to just leave, and hang up and let it finish the task for you. Is this something RingCentral can do now, or any plans to do so? If not, any other third party solutions?

3. Feature request: We'd like to be able to create a call-list that will auto-call the numbers we dictate with a pre-recorded message that we can send out to our residents. We'd like to be able to create multiple call-lists (obviously that can be saved) with custom messages for each.
4. The outbound auto-call feature would be used for announcements, emergencies, and time-sensitive information we would be able to convey to our residents instead of using an outside service or having to depend on the posting of notices on their doors.

Example: I am a sales development representative who makes outbound prospecting calls all day long. Many times, I leave voicemails, that are the same message. When using ring central i would have a button that allows me to leave a pre-recorded message (one of say 3 messages), once i hear the "leave a message a the tone" tone. After my message plays, the call is disconnected automatically.

In my extension settings: the ability to create and name my messages. Then record a message.

RingCentral desktop app: select the message I want. and be done.

Salesforce Integration: note in log that a voicemail was left and which recorded message was used.
