Changing voicemail greeting is a routine function for many users with variable schedules. Users should not have to record a new message each time. It should be fast and easy from the desktop, or from the app, to switch to one of 3, 4, or 5 pre-recorded greetings that I can set in seconds, on the run. But, nooooooooo! Can't do this from the mobile app, and the desktop requires so many layers of clicking that it's ridiculous. This feature is a bug. It is a big enough bug for me to have to consider another service. I cannot recommend RC to others anymore, until this feature-bug is fixed. I can set DND in one click? Why not a change in voicemail greeting?
