I am wondering how far away is the technology to have something like "presence" available on the Professional Plans. My company uses strictly mobile phones and it would be infinitely useful to be able to see which of my colleagues are on the phone or busy. I have a feeling this technology is a long way out, but my question is WHY? Telephone service has not changed much in the last 20 years. Alright, it has, but it hasn't kept up with other technologies. I also would love the ability to transfer a phone call to anybody in my contact list. Why is that not possible yet?
