Call Queue: forward calls to answering service when a call has been in queue for more than 1 minute.

There needs to be a way to forward calls to my answering service when a call has been in queu for more than 1 minute. As it is, a recording comes on after 1 minute to dial the answering service extension and that is unacceptable.

Just create an extenision which is your answering service and add them as the 2nd user in a fixed rotation. After it tries you or your internal team users it will then dial your answering service and they can accept the call
