Billing: statement layout in email

My company has been with Ring Central for about 4 years and to a large extent the service has been reliable. We can always set the phone to ring where we need it which is great for a small business such as ours with no formal central reception facilities (this is what RC is all about).

Invoicing by email used to be great to. Either print the email for accounting purposes or sit in the body of the email and Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C and then Ctrl-V straight into a Word doc. Print and bingo, invoice.
Not so any more. The new statement layout email is awful and even printing the email directly creates a dog's breakfast of an invoice.
I do not want to log on to print my statement from the RC web site billing pages - it is too time consuming and I want to spend a minimal amount of time on admin.
So, can you please change the invoice back to how it used to be or attach a nice printable invoice to the email?
Thank you.

Hi Steve Sells,

Thanks for your comments.  If you happen to have a pdf printer installed on your computer you might give that a try. Then all you need  to do is open the email, and just like printing to a physical printer, you would normally click File > Print > (then select the pdf printer).

Hi Mike. Not sure how that helps really as I still need a printed copy. Sure I can print to PDF and then print the PDF file but that looks exactly the same as printing the email in the first place. I forgot to mention above that the email when printed is also 2 pages and yet used to be just the one. The problem is all the images embedded in there. Can you not attach a sensible, simple invoice that we can print please?
Thanks
Steve
