User Settings: Transferring a recorded message from one extension to another.

I would like to see the ability to forward a message left on your extension, to another user extension in your group or account. Even the most basic phone services have this capability. Would like to see it in the desktop app as well as the mobile app. Thanks!

As it stands I see that you can transfer messages between lines by dialling the number and entering an extension, but it is strange that there isn't the option for transferring voice messages between users through the softphone desktop app, the mobile app, or the online portal. There is only the option to download and email the message.

You are correct Andrew, The only option at this time is to download, and then forward the recording. There's not a way to do it through the desktop app or the mobile app at this time.
