User Settings: Unconditional Forwarding longer than 90 seconds

It would be very helpful if the unconditional forwarding option could be extended to last more than 90 seconds. Currently when a call is forwarded via unconditional forwarding it disconnects after 90 seconds, but for our use case (forwarding to a call center) we really need it to be longer, or not time out at all.

hi david, once the call has been accepted by the call center using the unconditional forwarding rule, ringcentral will consider that as accepted call because it was obviously accepted by their system and it is up to their system if they will cut the call for 90 seconds, transfer to voicemail or they can do whatever they want :)

Hi Wanderer, 

According to Tier 3 RingCentral support: "our system is set to timeout after 90 seconds of ringing on calls that are unconditionally forwarded." so the timeout is definitely on RingCentral's end.

I'm not sure why an unconditional call forward would need a timer, in my mind anything that hits that original dialed number should automatically forward to the destination, what the receiving system does should not have anything to do with RingCentral, so then, why the timer?
