We would greatly benefit from the ability to set the outbound caller ID to blocked or private in the desktop application.  Currently, this is not possible, despite having set the caller ID to blocked on the website. Currently the only way to make an outbound call with a blocked ID on the desktop application is by dialing *67 before entering the phone number. This slows down our employees as they work, and is rather annoying.
