Please allow us to create a
company wide cover sheet that will be enforced for all faxes that allow us to use all the fields without having to add to the user to RingCentral contacts. We know how to create one for individual users but when you have 60+ users this is not a viable workaround.
Not to mention unless the contact you are faxing to is stored in your RingCentral Contacts the To: box does not fill in the users name. Many of the fields we created with a custom Cover Sheet do not work and was confirmed by customer service.
