Google App: accessible to Gmail offline

Gmail Offline should have the same accessibility as the online Gmail when using RC for Google. Offline looks more like an email client and I'm sure many people use it. Very least phone numbers should be accessible to click and RingOut.

Hi Thomas, Thanks for your suggestion.  Are you using the Gmail Offline app, even when you are actually online? The RC/Gmail app requires an internet connection to work so it's designed to work in the online version.  If you prefer to use  Gmail Offline and you have the RingCentral Desktop app installed, then you can highlight phone numbers and press F6 to dial calls.  I hope that works for you.
