FAX: Fax documents from OneDrive.

Please Add Support for Faxing Documents from OneDrive for Business. I use Office 365 for Business and all my documents are there. You have support for Google Drive, DropBox, etc., but you are missing an important cloud storage system.

HI David, if you have the MS One Drive installed it will show up on your computer just like your local drives. After you click the paper clip icon to attache the file, you should find it on the left side of the window like shown below.

It used to be that from the document it self , clicking the printing buttoon , the appliction ring central would show up on the printers option and by hitting it it would go straight to the application to be faxed. WHAT HAPPEND WITH THAT?? IT WAS THE BEST FEATURE OF THIS APPLICATION??

The feature still exists.  If the printer isn't showing up, then you probably need to reinstall the driver. View the instructions on this thread:   Desktop App: "RingCentral Internet Fax" printer is not showing up in my list of printers

Hello Mike. How to fax a document from iPhone? I couldn't find the OneDrive from iPhone. It only shows Dropbox goodly drive!

Hello Sumin,

If you want to fax a document from your iPhone using the OneDrive simply go to the document within your OneDrive -> Then tap the 3 dots on the upper right-hand corner -> Tap Open with Another Device -> Choose the Import with RingCentral option (shows up as the RingCentral icon). From there it will transfer the file to the RingCentral app in the documents section. Once the file is in your documents, you can fax it.
