Please add a feature that will allow RingCentral customers to listen to all recorded calls on their account. Currently, we can only listen to calls on a PC/Mac computer but are unable to listen to any recorded calls (except for voicemails) within the app. Even if I tried logging in to my RingCentral account through my mobile phone or tablet browser, it still will NOT allow me to listen to recorded calls. This is very inconvenient. However, other business associates of mine who are using
Phone.com, are able to listen to all of their recorded calls through their online login by computer or mobile phone/tablet browser! This feature is very important for the business owner who travels a lot as I do. PLEASE ADD IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!
