It would just be nice to have the "description" field for the current/previous call not disappear for several seconds when you hang up. After a user has made a call from SalesForce the call does not log or report the description field immediately after the call has disconnected. The call log or reports description field displays after the next call is made. The request is to have the log/report log in real time.
