SSL for Sandbox environment has expired.

RingCentral's SSL certificate for https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com expired 3 days ago and is causing major problems with my development efforts.

Also, the Glip Sandbox environment won't log in because of the same issue. The error says "failure to complete SSL handshake."

I am not sure if it really expires. I have no problem to login the sandbox and have not seen any other report such an incident.

How do you access the platform?

I think your response is just as bad as the issue :)

It has definitely expired and is stuffing up our dev efforts too

Hi @Phong Vu,

To add to this thread, please find the attached screenshot. It says certificate on *.devtest.ringcentral.com has expired as on 3rd of July 2020. Please review and advise.

@Phong Vu

Try to go to https://glip.devtest.ringcentral.com/ in your browser and sign in with sandbox credentials. The site takes the credentials fine but returns a page with an SSL error (see screenshot).

Then try to go https://service.devtest.ringcentral.com in your browser (I'm using Chrome) and you see another error about this site - NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID (screenshot attached)

Because the certificate is issued to *.devtest.ringcentral.com/ (as you can see in the second screenshot) this problem is affecting all three of the following access URLs, so it really doesn't matter how I'm trying to access the system - all ways are broken.

https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com

https://service.devtest.ringcentral.com

Confirmed that we are having issues with cert expiration. When I was writing that response, I did not login directly but go thru my admin tool and that was why I did not get the error.

I already reported to the relevant team to fix this asap.

My apologies for any inconvenience!
