Fax out taking too long

i am trying to fax POA's to the IRS to discuss client accounts from the website.  it is taking over 20 minutes to send.  Agents cannot stay on the line that long so i end up having to hang up before the fax gets there.  this is unacceptable.

This issue is common Incase of fax. Maybe some network delay. Best option is to contact Dev support team at devsupport@ringcentral.com and ask them to investigate.

You can also create support ticket if you want
