Why did I get charged for a calling credit package?

I'm not sure what this charge means. Please explain.

This charge makes no sense to me; I make no international calls, no 411 calls, and less than 20 minutes of calls last month.

Look at the call log the same time the package charge happened.  If there is nothing specific like a 411 call then call support and have the charge reversed.

I have found it is usually someone calling 411 that triggers it.

Check the call log to be sure
