Case number has been sitting out there for 7 days now, if going on a chat board resolves the problem that says something about customer service. Though it took about 7 days last time to fix the same exact problem

"URL Disabled" is usually due to an internal network issue.
  1. First thing you want to check for is: Is the phone getting an IP Address? If the phone does not have an IP Address, then have your IT Dept troubleshoot your internal network.  Try rebooting your modem/router and check the DHCP.  DHCP Error on the phone indicates the phone is not pulling an IP Address.  Please let your IT Dept know so they can troubleshoot the internal network.  RingCentral cannot do anything if it's not pulling an IP Address.
  2. Follow the troubleshooting steps provided in this Knowledge Base: Resolving  URL Call Disabled error
  3. If it is getting an IP Address, reboot the phone (unplug it from the power supply for 30 seconds and plug it back in).  If the issue continues after completing the steps provided in the article above, open a web case and provide the Ext Number & Serial Number.

I have this issue on three phones. They all started at about the same time but at three different locations. The only thing in common is they are the phones that ring when the outside world called the advertised telephone number. I've been working with RC support for hours.

The phones have static IPs and no Internet or network problems at any other devise at the branch. All of the other phones are the same make and model. All other phones work fine. I'm stumped. They are stumped. It is now at Tier 3 support.

EileenK,  Just wanted to followup on this. I found a recent case but it shows that it was closed yesterday. Please reply back if there are still issues. Thanks!
