Installed Softphone app on Dell Inspiron 660 computer, and I cannot "sign in" in this app. The Local Port in the Options screen shows a 26508. So when I try to save these settings, or move off the Connection screen, I get an error saying I need to use no more than 4 digits. Local port is showing 5060 on another similarly configured Inspiron 660, but I cannot use that port on this computer. Which port should we be using?!? I am running Windows 7. The only difference between this system and the other one is that we have two User accounts on this computer; one for the admin, and the other for general use by the rest of our staff. The other computer (the one that is working fine) has only one account.
The software was installed the same way on both systems. On the one that is not working, the Fax icon actually disappeared from the software, being replaced by the Options icon (a gear). I uninstalled the software and reinstalled it, and now the fax icon is back, but still cannot get logged in to the software in either user profile. Any ideas???
