Our owner would like to set up a home office. Do we need to pay for an additional User?

We will purchase an additional 335 HD phone for her to use.  Her phone at home would literally mirror her phone in our office. We want both phones to have the same settings and always ring simultaneously so it's ready for her wherever she's working.

Do we need to pay for the additional monthly user?
